At your appointment time, we meet over a secure screenshare. You remain in control of your computer while I guide you step-by-step and make the necessary adjustments.

You can ask questions at any point.

Before your session, make sure you have:

  • Your device turned on and connected to the internet

  • Your login passwords (if available)

  • Access to your email or phone for verification codes

  • Addresses (web locations) for any accounts related to the issue (website, domain, shop, etc.)

    If you’re unsure, don’t worry — I’ll help you figure it out at the start of the session.
