Payment and Scheduling

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

  • Valid for one year from the purchase date.

  • Non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

Jackalope Tech Shop is not responsible for:
